We collect the information you provide when creating an account, completing your business profile, recording food waste and donations, or contacting us. This may include your name, contact details, business information, records, notes, goals, and feedback.
If you use photo estimation or other AI-assisted features, we also process the images, questions, and conversation content you submit. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
How information is used
We use information to manage your account, provide tracking and reporting features, deliver requested analysis, and respond to enquiries. Generated analyses and feedback may be stored alongside your business records.
Access and service providers
Business accounts access their associated business information. Authorised platform administrators can access business and owner details and reporting information. Administrative reports may identify businesses by name.
Service providers help deliver the platform and its features. When you use AI-assisted processing or search, relevant images, business details, records, questions, and conversation content may be shared with those providers to fulfil your request.
Browser storage and external links
FOGO stores sign-in information in your browser to maintain your session. You can remove it by signing out or clearing your browser storage. Some visual resources are loaded from service providers, which receive connection information when those resources are requested.
Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices.
Stored information and deletion
Account information and saved records are stored to support the service. Removing a food record from normal views does not permanently erase the stored record. To discuss retention or request account or data deletion, contact us using the address below.

You can update your business details in your account. For requests to access, correct, or delete information, or to raise a privacy concern, email info@orison-tech.com.
